+Hi,
+
+  the SDL plugin only shows colored lines. This happens with every pipeline
+  i use it in. Reproducable with for example:
+    gst-launch videotestsrc fourcc=YV12  ! sdlvideosink
+
+  I got this problem with gstreamer 0.5.0 debian packages and build of 0.5.1
+  as  part of garnome. I've tested this on a dual PIII with a matrox G450 
+  video card and a pentium 233MMX with a Chips and Technologies video card.  
+  Other applications using sdl work fine
