To verify the issue I have tried creating glibc rpms for i386,i586 and i686
architectures, with varying -O parameters. My tests showed that the -O
parameters seemed to be unrelated to the problem totally.
Both i386 and i586 seemed to work, while i686 caused the segfaults.
