+a) mpeg2dec (< 0.3.0) used to provide this library.  My guess is that
+you installed an mpeg2dec rpm from somewhere else than our repository.
+b) newer GStreamer requires newer mpeg2dec, which doesn't need
+libcpuaccel anymore.
