+famedec is apparently created by a straight copypast from fameenc. This
+copypast was done so rightfully, that famedec is in fact an encoder! I.e.,
+someone apparently intended to make a decoder-look-a-like but never
+finished it.

+Can this someone please complete it or remove it?
