Summary: sound-juicer fails to encode last trak (cdparanoia)

there's a bug in the cdparanoia plugin.
When using sound-juicer to encode a cd, the entire cd is encoded properly,
except the last track of that cd.
Selecting the last track and clicking on the encode button is not enough.
sound-juicer needs to be closed and restarted.

Restarting sound-juicer and selecting only that last track works in that
the track is properly extracted and encoded.

selecting non-consecutive tracks leads to strange results (tracks are
skipped randomly).

the failed to encode track leaves a file that is generally under 4k in size
on the drive with the proper name.

when watching the encoding process, the sound-juicer UI shows the beginning
of the last track, then jumps to the "finished" state, and shows the "all
tracks successfully encoded" dialog.
it seems the cdparanoia fails to detect some error condition and stops,
signalling an end of stream.
