+It's a player bug.

+The player (due to using hadess' playlist) only accepts the mimetypes 
+audio/*, video/*, image/png, application/x-ogg and some playlists.
+All other mimetypes are not set by default.
+And it relies on gnome-vfs mimetype detection for this.
