Description of Problem:

The pipeline v4lsrc ! colorbalance ! xvimage doesn't fail to start up.
The colorspace capabilities are not compatible, so the pipeline should
refuse to start.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Start "gst-launch-0.8 v4lsrc ! colorspace ! xvimagesink.

Actual Results:

A broken, far to small  image is shown.

Expected Results:

An error message should be printed, the pipeline should refuse to play.
