hw:0,0 c supports { 8000, 11025, 16000, 22050, 32000, 44100, 48000 }
hw:0,2 p supports { 48000 }
plughw:0,0 c supports [ 8000, 48000 ]

it's the best method i have found to know which sample rate an alsa device supports.

if anyone know a way to do better, i'm open to suggestions
