 Summary: Need a version of gst_event_new_discontinuous which takes a valist as argument.
 
 The summary says it all.  gst_event_new_discontinuous takes a variable
 number of arguments.  In existing cases, there's always a version of the
 function which takes a valist as an argument.  The same needs to be done here.
