Matches the stack trace in bug 121929, which was closed with the words
This is almost certainly due to a hosed GStreamer installation.
So, I hesitate to mark this as a duplicate. I'll leave it to the
maintainers to decide. I'll treat it as unique for now.

g_error() messages are always due to hosed systems and such. That's
why we g_error() on them. I'd suggest to gst-register, remove old
registries (in ~/.gstreamer/ and such), these kind of things.
