+For some reason GStreamer does not recognice my sound card, or doesn't mix
+very good with ALSA. I have compiled gnome-applets and gnome-media and now
+i can't change the volume of my sound card.
+
+gnome-volume-control says that i have no sound card
+mixper_applets doesn't say anything, i just doesn't let me change the volume
+
+i'm using ALSA on Linux 2.6.0.
