with current cvs it jumps 50 seconds every second now just like the ogg one.

totem 0.99.13 compiled with gst, with gstreamer 0.8.4 and 0.8.2 gst-plugins
greys out the seek bar with the wav file.

mplayer seeks the wav file fine.
