It would be nice if there was a Bookmarks (favorites, mediamarks) feature,
similar to that in a browser, so that you could easilly reach your favorite live
broadcasts.
It could also be used for local files, to point at a favorite part of a movie,
or to ease resuming of interrupted reviews etc.
The gxine client has this feature which it calls mediamarks.
Such code could also be re-used for chapter functions offered by DVD's and the
matroska plus OGM container formats.
