gst-launch -t filesrc location=file ! decodebin ! fakesink

it appears to read the v1 and v2 tags successfully, then goes into
GST_ID3_TAG_STATE_NORMAL, and ignores the rest of the data (gst_id3_tag_chain is
still being called) until EOS, and then everything stops.

GStreamer 0.8 has no problems with this file.
