If I use: /usr/bin/cdparanoia  --query

I get:

the info above is all correct, then cdparanoia works as expected.  
However with gst-plugins/examples/seeking/cdparanoia.c I get:

That is 19 tracks instead of 20.

Note that this problem only happens with some CD, with most CDs I cannot
reproduce it.  For example it doesn't work with the CD reported here:
