 GStreamer | gstreamer (core) | Ver: 0.8.8

Summary: Localized version tells people who can't speak English
                    to "file a bug"!
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.8.8
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gstreamer (core)
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: clytie at riverland.net.au

Please describe the problem:
So how do they file it? Do you have localized versions of Bugzilla which they can easily access, or is
there an email address we can give each language group to facilitate access? For example, my language
team might be willing to take on the task of entering bugs sent in by our community. I think it would be
extremely frustrating to have this stack of strings saying "X doesn't work: file a bug!" carefully
translated into your language, but to be prevented from doing so by one's lack of English. If we are
trying to remove these barriers by internationalizing our software, access avenues for bug reporting are
essential. If these avenues already exists, I apologize for troubling you, but that information certainly
wasn't in the .po file, so users in my community won't know it either. You are welcome to contact me
(clytie at riverland.net.au) about this, or to post to our group mailing list: gnomevi-
list at lists.sourceforge.net. Thankyou for your time.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use a localized version of GStreamer and wait for an error to occur: you will be told to "File a bug!".
How do you do that?
2.
3.

Actual results:
You get frustrated, and are cut off from problem-solving avenues.

Expected results:
Contact details for bug-reporting.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
I still have to log in for every page in this process, so please forgive me if my tone is getting a trifle
acerbic... <grrr>
