Install dirac 0.5.1.
Try to build dirac plugin, it will aborts with:

gstdiracdec.cc: In function `void gst_diracdec_chain(GstPad*, GstData*)':
gstdiracdec.cc:262: error: cannot convert `dirac_frame_rate_t' to `guint32' for
argument `5' to `gboolean gst_diracdec_link(GstDiracDec*, gint, gint, gdouble,
guint32)'
gmake[3]: *** [libgstdirac_la-gstdiracdec.lo] Fout 1
