gstalpha failes to negotiate correct which causes the following 
pipeline to stop working after the first processed frame :

SRC_CAPS="video/x-raw-yuv,format=(fourcc)I420,framerate=(double)5.625"
v4lsrc autoprobe=false autoprobe-fps=false ! $SRC_CAPS ! \
          alpha method=3 target_b=255 target_g=0 target_r=0 ! videomixer ! \
          ffmpegcolorspace !  videorate ! \
          video/x-raw-rgb,framerate=(double)5.0 ! autovideosink
