We call them media-types. They're not mime-types and not intended to be
perfectly compatible with official mimetypes. All media-types are lower-case only.

Martin, ask me privately (IRC/mail) for questions about gst-ffmpeg, I'll happily
explain bits you don't understand. It's a lot of crap, I know, but if I'm the
only one understanding it, we have a serious maintainership nightmare.
