Saying you support cdda://<num> but not cdda://<num>[/<device>] is like saying
you support file://song.ogg but not file:///absolute/path/to/song.ogg, because
all ogg files should be in the home directory (the default directory). No one is
saying the "kitchen sink" needs to be added in the future. Adding device node
support is not opening a door for that.
