I've fixed this for debug:

        * configure.ac:
          Add check for mmap

        * gst/debug/Makefile.am:
          Only compile efence plugin on systems that have mmap.

but the network stuff in rtsp/udp still needs porting to Winsock (or disabling,
dunno).
