 GStreamer | gst-plugins-base | Ver: HEAD CVS

           Summary: cdparanoia doesn't raise UNCORRECTED_ERROR
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: HEAD CVS
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: wingo at pobox.com
        ReportedBy: rod-gnome at arsecandle.org
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
                CC: all-bugs at bugzilla.gnome.org

When ripping CDs using the cdparanoia plugin in a gst-python program, the
exposed uncorrected-error and smilie-change signals never seem to be fired, even
when the CD is unreadable.

This means it's impossible to know if the track was ripped successfully without
listening to the resulting file.
