While running autoconf, GST_DOC() macro is not expanded. I was not able to find
its definition anywhere.

Strangely enough, cygwins shell does not report error on this. I can not check
what happens in Linux now. I will comment on this later.

Could it be that the correcty macro is GST_DOCBOOK_CHECK?
