        * gst-libs/gst/rtp/gstbasertpdepayload.c:
        (gst_base_rtp_depayload_add_to_queue):
        * gst-libs/gst/rtp/gstbasertpdepayload.h:
        Handle RTP sequence number rollover.
        Disable jitterbuffer by default.
