Don't think we need to keep this open if there's no alternative test stream
that reproduces the issue.

FWIW, this works fine for me (with or without the capsfilter you have):

 $ gst-launch-0.10 mmssrc
location=mms://wm.bbc.co.uk/news/media/avdb/news_web/video/9012da680050218/bb/09012da68005024e_16x9_bb.wmv
! tcpserversink host=localhost port=8888

and

 $ gst-launch-0.10 tcpclientsrc host=localhost port=8888 ! fakesink -v

Data is flowing just fine for me.

Please re-open if you can still reproduce and provide more details about what
exactly doesn't work (log etc.).
