Steps to reproduce:
1. Install flumotion 0.2.2
2. Set up a simple audio encoding pipeline to ogg vorbis
3. try and start it - audio-muxer element will fail with this error message and
a request to file a bug on this bugzilla

Other information:
Don't have a stack trace as it hangs rather than crashing. I'm willing to work
on debugging / fixing this, test cases etc although I have no prior gstreamer
experience. Suggestions on how to work out which component is at fault and so
which plugin to try upgrading are welcome.
