While I also get the problem only with tagged files (id3+ape or just ape,
doesn't matter, haven't tried id3-only yet), at first glance this seems to be a
problem in playbin or some state-change bug.

The second instance of musepackdec gets a FLOW_NOT_LINKED return value when
pushing the first buffer, so nothing ever reaches the sink in the second run
(musepackdec as in CVS just ignores NOT_LINKED flows and keeps on going until
it reaches the end of the file, but that's just a minor implementation glitch
and doesn't make a difference). Why it only happens with musepack files though,
and only with tagged ones, that I don't know (yet).
