You can download the mp3 from
http://pkg-gnome.alioth.debian.org/bugzilla/325974.mp3

"gst-launch-0.10 -t filesrc location=325974.mp3 ! decodebin ! fakesink" doesn't
list any tag, the same command with gst-launch-0.8 works fine
