Without the patch GStreamer's configure requires and tests for the presence of
libxt, even if it doesn't use it, and it doesn't check for libX11, even if this
lib is needed.

This is marked as enhancement, and you can decide to wait for the next autoconf
release instead of patching.  You can also run Debian.  :-P
