I can't reproduce with madplay or xmms (they play the first minute or so fine),
and amarok keeps crashing every time I run it today, so I can't test there.

Does gst-launch-0.8 playbin
uri=http://www.huzzam.com/demo/menaz-ajde-chaje-2003.mp3 
work for you?
