adds <gst/gstinfo.h> to rtspconnection.c

Compiling without debugging in WIN32 complains about GST_DEBUG_OBJECT(...).
This helps about it.

used versions if something to do with them:
gstreamer-0.10.8
gst-plugins-base-0.10.8
gst-plugins-good (cvs)
