Oh, additionally, when dvdemux receives a NEWSEGMENT event with format
GST_FORMAT_TIME, but no NEWSEGMENT event with format GST_FORMAT_BYTES, the same
problem occurs, because GstDVDemux->need_segment is only set when a
GST_FORMAT_BYTES NEWSEGMENT is received.
