The attached patch (versus the CVS repository) modifies
common/m4/gst-feature.m4 to more accurately list which plugins will and will
not be built.  This affects the plugins which do not have any external
dependencies.  The patch also removes the hackery in
gst-plugins-good/configure.ac where the udp and rtsp plugins are put on the
$GST_PLUGINS_NO list if they are not being built as this is no longer needed.


Other information:
The patch will not apply cleanly if the patch from my report #343678 has been
applied, but this should be resolved easily.
