Can you post the gst-launch-0.10 pipeline that I can use to test it in
standalone mode?  

I tried replacing id3mux with tagid3v2mux in this patch for rhythmbox:

which is attached to bug #309609, but for some reason (probably because the
element isn't recognised, although I can set GST_PLUGIN_PATH and see it via
gst-inspect-0.10) the dialog box doesn't switch to "editable" tags mode.
