A remaining problem is that with id3mux, any tags that aren't supported in
gstreamer tag writing backend are overwritten, e.g. TCON (for composer), TCOP
(for copyright), TENC (for name of encoder).  

What should happen is that any tags that gstreamer *doesn't* directly overwrite
should be left intact otherwise there will be data lossage.
