No appropriate GST_TAG_

This has actually been fixed now in id3mux since GST_TAG_COPYRIGHT supports
this.

Since the original issue (double tags being added) has been fixed now. I'm
closing this bug and opening up this tag lossage issue as a clone: bug
#334375.
