Totem asked me to file a bug, and since I am obedient, so I do. Here is the
error I got:

    Totem could not play
'rtsp://sr-rm.qbrick.com/broadcast/cluster/encoder/02038_p1.rm'.
    Internal GStreamer error: negotiation problem. 

Version is:
    Totem 1.3.92
    Movie Player using GStreamer 0.10.3

Running under Fedoro Core 5.
