Reassigning to gst-plugins-base, since that's where the problem lies. I've just
committed a fix that makes it correctly typefind the file. However, we also
need to fix the AAC typefind method, which is predicting 80% probability if it
manages to find just one sync point in the file, when it should definitely look
for more.
