should first go to -bad

the reason it was removed in 0.10 is that no one is actively maintaining it,
and nobody bothered porting it.

You can be the one to port it ! If you're interested, join us on irc, or send a
mail to the list.  Look at similar elements in -base and -good for an idea on
how to write the element properly.
