emu10k1 duplicate channels fix v4

The first summer heat must have influenced my mind: MUTE flag controls the
pwitch and RECORD the cswitch again now. 

Other changes include better update of Gstreamer flags (MUTE, RECORD), if they
are emulated (MUTE == volume 0%) and volume is raised by some other alsa
application.
