When I wrote bz2dec, gst_type_find_helper_from_buf did not yet exist...

My intention was to move as much complexity out of the individual plugins into
the core. But I agree that gst_type_find_helper_from_buf makes things very
easy. I'll submit a new patch for the bz2dec.
