While at it, I could not find any reference to the mime-types "ram" and "lsc"
in gstreamer. According to http://service.real.com/help/content/servmime.html,
"*.ram"-files are metafiles containing the URI of the stream. 

How can I enhance gstreamer to recognize those metafiles ("gst-lauch playbin
uri=file:test.ram")?
