Make release xsl rock more

This patch:
 - fixes spelling for deprecation in XSL files
 - fixes the template xml files to use the correct spelling
 - improves a bunch of things in text.xml and releases.xml, so that unneeded
sections are just omitted, without having to edit out the whole thing from the
XML.
