derive for vorbisparse

This patch makes vorbistag derive from vorbisparse, so application don't need
to add a vorbisparse element to the pipeline. Since doing that requires
vorbisparse.h, this patch is against -base not -bad.

I've also made it copy timestamps/offsets/et al, and fixed a small leak.
