flxdec register itself under
  "Codec/Decoder/Audio"
on the other hand it looks like a video decoder. and thus it should be
  "Codec/Decoder/Video"

Then I wonder why it is called flxdec, 'x' because it decodes fli and flc?
If so, the GST_ELEMENT_DETAILS and the GST_PLUGIN_DEFINE() should say "FLi/FLC
video decoder" instead.
