Sorry, thought it was the same file as in the other bug report (I did wonder
about the A_AAC bit though ;)).

Looks like AVI-Mux can produce files like this (according to
http://www.alexander-noe.com/video/amg/en_output_options_mkv.html). This is
broken according to the matroska spec as far as I can see, but what can you do
*sigh*
