Attached patches add 'handle-expose' boolean properties to ximagesink and
xvimagesink. TRUE (default) maintains present draw current frame on Expose
behaviour, FALSE causes the sink not to draw anything on Expose. 

Useful for video widgets which may want to be in control of Expose behaviour.
