Using gst-fluendo-mp3 from SVN I can't say I hear a significant difference
between flump3dec and mad, so it might have been fixed already in SVN. Any
chance you could double-check yourself? (the repository is at
https://core.fluendo.com/gstreamer/svn/trunk/gst-fluendo-mp3)
