GStreamer | gst-plugins-good | Ver: HEAD CVS
Summary: wavparse drops final sample in most files
Product: GStreamer
Version: HEAD CVS
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-plugins-good
AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
ReportedBy: msmith at fluendo.com
QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
GNOME version: Unspecified
GNOME milestone: Unspecified
When reading a standard PCM file, wavparse usually drops the final sample.
It appears to be a rounding error when going from samples -> time -> samples
through a convoluted codepath involving segment and seek handling.
