The Tremor (integer vorbis decoder) plug-in in gst-plugins-bad is only able to
decode ogg files, not vorbis streams.

Attached is a patch that adds a vorbis stream decoder (ported from
gst-plugins-base vorbisdec) that uses Tremor. This allows for decoding of
vorbis streams in videos using Tremor.
